Item Shipping. All orders are prepared and shipping within 2-5 bussiness days. This includes 1-2 days for order confirmation via email and 1-3 days for background printing, because all items are made to order. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with a tracking code is sent to the customer.

Delivery Time. The delivery time depends on the customer country. You can find the delivery time on each product page in the description section; Please expect the backdrop delivery time to be 5-8 days (default DHL Express) to the USA and Canada, and 5-10 days to Europe.

Delivery time is stated in calendar days. The delivery time may be longer than stated during the high season and (national) holidays. iBACKROP dose not take the responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due third-party services.

If you want the product to arrive before a certain time, it is best to contact us to ensure that your event can be proceed smoothly.

How to order your custom backdrops?
Step1:Select the size you want in Custom Backdrops and place the order.
Step2:If you need to design your own backdrop, please send us your own pictures or logo by clicking the bottom "Upload Image" (To print a clear backdrop, please upload a high-resolution image if possible. Do not upload screenshot files.) .
Step3:After uploading your images, you can input your name or mark your own text in the textbox.
Step4:Add this item to your cart and remit. We will deal with it as soon as possible.
Not only the size can be customized, we can also customize your current print design for you,if you want to use your own design, you can also send to us.
When we receive your order, we start designing.Your E-mail is very important for us! Once we get your approval, the printing process begins, and this is a custom order, you can't cancel and we don't accept return. Please be noticed, the higher the image pixels, the better backdrop we can make.

Our choice of backdrops fabric is a new type of light fabric, this fabric is characterized by bright colors printed, light weight, foldable and no creases.

Material:Cotton materials of high quality cloth. They can be washed and ironed.

Hang:Pocket on the top of backdrop for hanging.

HOW TO HANG

Pocket on the top of backdrop for hanging.

Material. Our backdrop is made of wrinkle-resistant and washable cotton fabric. And they also can be ironed.

Features: 1. Small color difference. It can ensure that the photos taken are more realistic; 2. Easy to clean. It can be reused and is very suitable for studios. 3. Lightweight. Easy to carry, and wrinkle-resistant. Learn More

DURABILITY

Backdrops can be washed and dryed, also can be ironed.

Notes:

1. Material is thicker by computer printed, which could be washable, If there are messes just take a damp cloth with water and/or a gentle cleaner(like soap) to wipe clean. if heavy dirty, ask help for washing machine.

2. All goods will be sent by rolled, as the thicker material, which without crease problem.

3. The photography backdrops is glare free(not reflective, it will be different when taking pictures with photos).
