As a feature of iBACKDROP.com, all of our products can be customized and a separate customer can customize products. Non-custom products order processing time is 48 hours, custom backdrops processing time is slightly longer 3 days. After the order processing is completed, we will immediately ship. Before the order, please predict our order processing time.
We mainly use DHL way to transport, DHL transport to the rest of the world, probably need 3-10 days. We can not ensure the backdrops’ delivery time, but you can check the package in DHL official website by the tracking number: http://www.dhl.com.

Is shipping fee included in the price?
If backdrops name includes "Free Shipping", then you will do not need to pay for shipping fee. Free available for every country.
For backdrops without "Free Shipping" , the shipping fee is not included in the item prices: you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order.
