How can I track my order status?

After your order is successful, you can sign in your account, through the "order status" to know the current status of your order. Once the order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you automatically, please feel free to contact your delivery company to track your package. Or please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department to check the most updated status of your order. We are more than happy to further assist you.

Delivery Policy

As a feature of iBACKDROP.com, all of our products can be customized and a separate customer can customize products. Non-custom products order processing time is 48 hours, custom backdrops processing time is slightly longer 3 days. After the order processing is completed, we will immediately ship. Before the order, please predict our order processing time.

We mainly use DHL way to transport, DHL transport to the rest of the world, probably need 3-5 business days (Calculated from the date the package is sent). We can not ensure the backdrops’ delivery time, but you can check the package in DHL official website by the tracking number: http://www.dhl.com.

All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), iBACKDROP.com can not be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local custom office. All prices on our site are quoted in dollars.

Is shipping fee included in the price?

If backdrops name includes "Free Shipping", then you will do not need to pay for shipping fee. Free available for every country.

For backdrops without "Free Shipping" , the shipping fee is not included in the item prices: you need to use the online system to make a shipping quote for your order.
