Can I cancel my order?
We often start processing your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you want to cancel the order, please email us, we will try to cancel the order for you, but our cancellation policy has some restrictions. If your items have been shipped, printed by the vendor, or have been sent to the proof of the print backdrop, unfortunately, the order can not be canceled. If you choose to continue to cancel the order, you will need to pay 25% of the order amount for the printed item as cancellation fee.
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order History" link at the top of right hand side of our site to check your order’s status. If your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to inform the tracking number.

When will my order ship?
We will process the order and ship it within 48 hours after the order is successful. After delivery,we will inform you the tracking number by email. You can view the order status in My Account / Order Status.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide!
Please note, it's your own responsibility to find out about the import tax situation in your country.
How much is my shipping fee?
Shipping fee is automatically calculated before submitting your payment information. This is calculated by weight. Simply add products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered the choice of shipping method and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive the payment from you.
How do you ship?
We ship with DHL or USPS. If there is still a problem in your area, let us know directly and we can do our best to ship it accordingly.
The tracking number says "Delivered" but I do not have my backdrop
In general,the quickest method to solve a delivery problem is to contact the delivery company directly for getting more information. Oftentimes,they can contact you and resolve the incorrect delivery within 48 hours. If your problem persists, please contact our Customer Service and we can also contact the express company on your behalf.
Can I return the items if I don't like it?
If the items are perfect, just you don’t like it, within 7 business days of receipt of the items,you can contact us to return or exchange the other items. But custom products(custom including pattern, text, size, etc.) can not be returned. Non-custom products can be returned, but you need to pay the return shipping fee and 25% of the price of items as restocking fee, and the shipping fee is not be refunded. Exchange of other items needs to pay the return shipping fee and 25% of the price of items as restocking fee. For more information on return policy please refer to our return policy.
What if I opened the photography backdrops, but have not used it. Can I still return it?
You can return the photography backdrops, but you need to pay the return shipping fee and 25% of the price of backdrops as restocking fee,and the shipping fee is not be refunded. Before we refund you,we will need to receive the returned photography backdrops.
What is your Return Policy?
When will my credit appear on my account?
After we have confirmed the return, and we have received the returned products, we begin to refund to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, then you can consult with our customer service by other means of refund.
Will my backdrops look the same as the ones on the website?
Our photography backdrops adopt a new type of fabric, can guarantee the brilliance of color as same as the picture on the website.In rare cases, the color is slightly different due to your computer monitors.
Where do I send my image/file for the Custom Backdrops?
Please email all images/logos/text to email@example.com and reference your order number. All images/logos must be .jpg file types and the resolution is as high as possible.
How do I find my backdrops?
To find the backdrop(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific backdrop. If you have any trouble locating a backdrop, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding the products to shopping cart, click the link "Cart" at the top of this website to view your shopping cart and click the "CHECKOUT" button. On the right side of the checkout page, you'll see a box where you can enter your coupon code.
