To return, please contact us via email to provide an order number.All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the items.
To some extent we won't accept any return if the items are not damaged when you get them. Cause every backdrop is made of special nature, we can not restore them. Thank you for understanding!
However, If we send a wrong backdrop to you or you got a damaged to backdrops due to our mistakes, please contact us. The solution is as follows:
In addition, customized merchandise (including pattern, text, size etc.) can not be replaced and returned.Besides, we can not return or replace your orders if you make a deal with a wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong backdrop, etc.).
Currently we do not offer a replacement service for any products if they have no quality problems. Please kept informed.
If the items are perfect, just you don’t like it, within 7 business days of receipt of the items,you can contact us to return them. But you need to compensate us. Cause every backdrop is unique and made of special material. We offer 2 kinds of solutions as follow:
