Item Shipping. All orders are prepared and shipping within 2-5 bussiness days. This includes 1-2 days for order confirmation via email and 1-3 days for background printing, because all items are made to order. Delivery Time. The delivery time depends on the customer country. You can find the delivery time on each product page in the description section; Please expect the backdrop delivery time to be 5-8 days (default DHL Express) to the USA and Canada, and 5-10 days to Europe.

Notes:
1. Material is thicker by computer printed, which could be washable, If there are messes just take a damp cloth with water and/or a gentle cleaner(like soap) to wipe clean. if heavy dirty, ask help for washing machine.
2. All goods will be sent by rolled, as the thicker material, which without crease problem.
3. The photography backdrops is glare free(not reflective, it will be different when taking pictures with photos).
